Making Your Mark
Photographer Keith Ladzinski refined his shooting skills as a skateboard photographer, using strobes to capture gravity-defying moves in urban areas. As he grew interested in adventure photography, he brought his off-camera flashes with him—something outdoor photographers were not doing at the time. This created a look that photo editors had never seen before and gave Ladzinski's photography career a jump start.
