Active South America

Most of Active South America's trips hit the highlights of an entire country, and the rest focus on just one region. In Chile and Argentina, it's Patagonia. In Peru, it's Titicaca, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and the Amazon. But all are active, with cycling, hiking, and sea kayaking or whitewater rafting on every trip. On its innovative Machu Picchu itinerary, clients bike through the Sacred Valley, hike the Inca Trail, climb Huayna Picchu mountain (which looms almost 1,000 feet above Machu Picchu), and paddle Lake Titicaca.
