Outfitter's Primary Activity
- Cultural Encounters

Each of Nomadic's trips has a strong cultural bent, and that's, in part, because it operates in countries on the adventure frontier, such as Mongolia, Tibet, Bhutan, and China. Its clients can join a paleontological dig, ride camels in the Gobi Desert, or explore Mongolian monasteries while spending nights in traditional felt tents (called gers) with woodburning stoves. Trips are timed to global events, such as Mongolia's Thousand Camel Festival in February.
Signature Trip: From Yak to Kayak; camel trekking, hiking; 13 days; Mongolia
