As someone who grew up in Annapolis, here are a few thoughts:

Buddy's Crabs and Ribs, Acme (Bar), 49 West for coffee, Sandy Point State Park, be sure to eat some crab cakes, watch out for drunk Navy guys, and maybe just go to Ocean City while you're close.

The schooner Woodwind is a "must do" adventure and the number one activity in Annapolis. Family owned and operated for over 16 years, it is a food for your brain, wind in your hair, all hands on deck kind of experience not to be missed.

My wife and I have stayed overnite in the Inn at Horn point and we highly recommend it. The accommodations, food, ambience and the hosts, Cory and Carol Bonney,made it so.
