Sometime in July 2006 my family and I were spending our vacation in Banff. One of these days we met a guy with a leg in a cast hobbling down the path to a canoe rental. We asked him about the leg. His name was Michael and what you're reading is his story. A really nice guy that was really lucky. So many stories about mountaineering accidents are about those that didn't make it and you never know what really happened...this is different. Let others know about it.

Geez, I just got sent this link from a mutual friend, we both worked with Michael. He is the most relaxed person I have met and to read of this, well blew me away. Hope your doing well Big Swiss, and that you are taking care of yourself. All the best, Matt Woods (Former colleague of the BPL)
