Aloha,
We have a Bed and Breakfast in Volcano, Hawaii. One really unique feature about our property is a collapsed lava tube, it is an opening to Kazamura cave. Kazamura cave is the largest lava tube cave system in the United States, 70 miles long.
www.alohacraterlodge.com We have some really good reviews on www.bedandbreakfast.com as well as www.tripadvisor.com .

I could not believe Tom Clynes underhanded comment about George Bush in the article you published. You stupidly risked offending half your reading audience. I am not going to cancel this time, but I feel this was the last straw and will let my subscription expire.

You guys have been chasing me for $12 for a couple months now. I thought you would have gotten your accounting straight and found that I paid you $12 on 8/31/09 (my check 1715) after I took advantage of the "two bonus issues free" offer (the 2 issues were duplicates of what I already received). Anyway, you cashed my check and you're still looking for payment. You didn't put a phone number or e-mail address on your payment requests, so I'm spending more time fixing this than I'd like.

If your office was next to the bathroom, or 5 steps from the loading dock, or next to the timeclock, would you be very productive every day? ,

I have a passion for art and photography that gives me butterflies in my stomach. I am a 21 year old college graduate who majored in art history and business and I am in serious need of some direction. All I want to do is travel and take photographs. Do you have any abroad work programs? Or perhaps can you reccommend a photography study program in Europe?

I enjoyed your Oct. 09 article, "where to live and play now!" However, there is an important geography mistake regarding Minneapolis. Lake Superior is 2.5 hours and the BWCA 4 hours north, not "an hour." Worse yet, Gunflint trail hut-to hut XC skiing is over 5 hours north. Hardly a "green" weekend trip. Duluth is actually right on Lake Superior, and real estate, even waterfront property is still affordable compared to other places that you highlight. Wilderness is readily accessible too.

I was just reading the article about the coast redwoods in the October issue. There are redwoods in Southern Oregon. The Barrier Free trail in the Winchuck River drainage is a very nice hike with some fairly large redwoods. The article seemed to indicate that there are no redwoods farther north than Northern California, which simply is not true. It seemed odd to me that after their long trek, the redwood seekers would simply take the word of a logger they ran into.

I love your site - and the puzzles and beautiful and challenging - BUT you need to add a feature by which one can "save" the puzzle you are working on - I tried, and lost the whole thing. Very disappointing!!

Where is Laurence Gonzales? He's not in the Aug/Sept issue. I turn to his article first and will miss him if you discontinue him.

i did a whale trip with baja jones. worst trip i ever went on. food awful. too many people on his trip so some people had to forego a whale petting excursion. the ride down was by non-air condition van what was so crowded people were fighting over reasonable seats. our lunch stop was in a barren spot with no shade and the lunch was thrown together. one whale watching trip was in open water where we suffered exhaust fumes and seasickness and saw zero whales that day. .

I want to someday work with Adventure Magazine. I am currently attending University of Alabama, but grew up all over the world. I climb mountains in my spare time and am not just an adrenaline junkie, but a 'heart pounding' feeling, junkie. I wanted to know what were the criteria for writing with the magazine, internships, and what I should do. If there's a better contact I could reach, I would appreciate the help. Very Respectfully.

Where in the Phoenix, AZ area can I purchase a copy of the current issue with the article about Everett Ruess? Both Borders and Barnes and Noble told me that they did not carry the magazine. Thanks.
