Click on the Security tab.

Make sure the "Internet" icon is selected.

Move the Security Level slider to "Medium" or "Medium-High"

I would highly recommend Andes Adventures to anyone looking for a great trip to the incredible Machu Picchu. Guides were great - helpful and knowledgeable.
