Make sure the "Internet" icon is selected.

Move the Security Level slider to "Medium" or "Medium-High"

You may want to look up Duke's history before promoting him. There was a death on one of his tours out of Buena Vista CO with his company, Arkansas Valley Adventure (AVA). AVA is known for not being the safest company to go with out of Buena Vista
