Make sure the "Internet" icon is selected.

Move the Security Level slider to "Medium" or "Medium-High"

Bluewater is marvelous. I've been twice - 25 years apart. The Haiida wilderness adventure was the best -I truly felt at the ends of the earth, yet it was fairly easy to get to from Los Angeles, via Vancouver and Skidegate.
