Make sure the "Internet" icon is selected.

Move the Security Level slider to "Medium" or "Medium-High"

I have done 3 trips with Country Walkers and loved each one - Banff, Oregon/Washington, and MesaVerde Canyonlands and The Arches. Scenery was gorgeous, guides were knowledgeable and so much fun, accommodations and meals were wonderful. I plan on taking at least one trip a year with CW. They are the best
