Arc'teryx Hardface Glove

No need to overheat in your burly, waterproof ski gloves when climbing up to earn your turns, instead pull on the Arcteryx Hardface Glove as you head out the door and up the skin track to get the first powdereights after the big storm. The Hardface Gloves provide windblocking protection thanks to Polartec Wind Pro and are super durable, built with a washable leather palm. Once you have made the ascent, pull your waterproof shell gloves over the Hardface, which function beautifully as a liner glove when additional weather protection is needed.

  • Polartec® Wind Pro® Shell
  • Polartec® Power Shield® in back of hand/cuff areas
  • DWR finish
  • Anatomical design and fit
  • Elasticized wrist

Excellent gloves
They are very comfortable, keep warm, and fit the hand very well. Definitely a top class pair of gloves. They work very well in cold climates. They are well insulated, well padded, and ergonomically designed. Top of the line...I used them mostly for hiking but I intend to take them skiing as well when the season comes.

They are gloves
These gloves are well constructed, but it depends on what they are used for. The fit is tight, which might be good for skiing but is somewhat uncomfortable just wearing them about. You might want to go up a size. There is leather on the palms which I assume are for skiing poles but there is no leather on the fingers so even though they have a nice snug fit the fingers are slippery for keys and I doubt you could use a phone or iPod with them on. I would prefer something on the fingers to help the grip and help your touch. The gloves are quite thick and nicer than fuzzy fleece.
