excellent layer
This is top notch Arcteryx base layer. Very light but warm, fits very well and dries in no time. Would recommend it on the mountain but also for running and even for daily wear. The fabric is durable and will last me for quite some time.

Excellent for men's with long arms
I Bought this for my husband who is 6 feet 5; he has long arm and torso. I was concerned about the sizing but it's perfect for a L size. He is very happy with it.
