as good as you'd expect, if not better
This is either a 4- or a 5-star product. I mixed it with some regular freeze-dried eggs (just b/c I was already at it and didn't want to bother cooking separately), and it lent great flavor to the mix. If you're not used to freeze-dried eggs, temper your expectations and you'll really enjoy this.
