Much better that expected
This year for my annual Grand Canyon hike I decided to take dehydrated dinners. I tried the Spaghetti and Sauce my last evening, sort of expecting it to be in pretty bad conditions after riding around in my pack for 4 days. The name is a bit misleading. It should be called Pasta Spirals with Tomato Sauce. However, the sauce came out nice a thick with all kinds of chunky bits and the spirals were mostly intact, over all a very good meal and the carbs really helped out on the long hike back to the south rim - ~ 5000 foot elevation gain! I would purchase this meal again.
