Special Treat
This is one of those speciality items that makes a meal memorable. My son and I ate this first while waiting on dinner to rehydrate....oops...almost had problems finishing dinner! I'll re-order this item.

Well Worth Carrying the 4.5 Ounces
The Backpacker's Pantry Strawberry Cheesecake tastes so good and is so easy to prepare that I'm always glad I brought it along. I'm always looking for ways to shave ounces but this dessert is so good that it's worth bringing a luxury like this along. Raisins for dessert doesn't lift spirits much after a tough day, but I promise you will put smiles on everyone's faces if you prepare this tasty treat. Although the package says it serves two, our family of three can split it and feel like they each had a satisfying helping.

Pretty good on the run
This dessert is convenient since it uses cold water instead of hot water. It stayed mushy when I made it but it had a good flavor. The graham crackers were a bonus.
