We bought this for our 4 year old daughter to ride her zip line and "jumping thing", which her father rigged up in the yard with a small trampoline, climbing rope and bungee chords. (like you see at the fair) The harness fits great on her little waist and legs, she just steps into it and I pull the straps tight. Her legs measure 13" even though the description says it fits 16" to 20''.She says it's very comfy and sometimes just "hangs out" in it. It's very easy to adjust back and forth when she and her friends take turns.
