Reviews
just got it in a large and it fits great, lots of room and just the right amount of bagginess. i'm 6' 145lbs, a slim guy, and the sleeves go down to my fingers and the hem is just under my butt. i can definitely imagine rocking an XL comfortably for some extra bagginess. the only thing that bugs me about this jacket is the zippers for the 2 front pockets and pit zips open by being pulled upwards which is a lot harder to open and the sleeves might be a little big to some people. but for the price and the features it is so worth it, fully taped seams!
A Great Jacket
I bought a Bonfire jacket more than 10 years ago and still have it. It is the best winter jacket I have ever bought. I don't ski much any more but I use the jacket all the time. I was so glad to see that Bonfire still makes jackets, and really happy to find them offered by Altrec. The only reason I got a new one is my old on is a bit soiled, its a light tan color, otherwise I will still keep using it as a spare jacket. My new jacket is gray colored, so I expect that it won't show the dirt so much. I got my jacket last week and they it appears they still make the best jacket. The construction is still excellent and the hood is even better than before. The only thing I wish it still had is a small pocket on inside chest area. Its really my only complaint. I expect that this jacket to last as long as the last. Definitely worth the money.
