The coat is for my daughter in middle school. They require uniforms so we needed white. It's nice because the clothes underneath don't show through, the coat is light, comfortable and very water proof. Fits true to size and is long enough to keep rain out. We haven't had to wash it yet but expect it to wear well.

Great multiuse shell for both outdoor or city
I was looking for a light, breathable, packable, rain shell that would work for both hiking/outdoor adventure, as well as everyday city/travel use. This jacket fits the bill. Unlike most shells, which tend to have a sporty silhouette that doesn't always work for dressier city wear, this shell has a straight-sided, tailored shape. The bark brown color is awesome, looks semi like a trench coat, and works for travel/business. Great coverage. I'm not worried about my 'seat' getting wet! I am a slender 5'6", long torso, and usually wear S/M tops. However they only had a L so I ordered it. It actually fits fine, sleeves are a bit long but not a problem, and I can wear it over my down sweater/jacket easily. Planning to rely on it for an upcoming oversees trip with both backpacking and regular tourist activities.
