Whats not to like?
I have purchased eight Columbia shirts in the last month and love them all but the Silver Ridge II Titanium (have three) is a very good looking and functional shirt and it fits very well in 'dress casual' gatherings. On the water they are cool and dry and stains clean so easily. Even blood washes out without any trouble. I bought mine on sale and basically got two for one. I felt like I hit the shirt lottery;-} I like Altrec too. Great company to do business with! I'll be a customer for a long time. The picture is a BLACK Titanium Silver Ridge II on a 97 deg. 90% humidity day. No Sweat!! No Kidding!!! I love Em'

great for Italy
Bought three of these shirts before spending a month in Italy. They were very comfortable, washed up in the sink and hung dry for the next day's travels, and were great sun protection on the sunniest days. Like the roll up sleeve feature and how light and easy to pack they are.

I ordered the XL in white and it's on the big side but in the heat of the summer you don't want a tight fitting shirt. The thing is amazing feels like you are have no shirt on and stains come out great I got mud all over my shirt from a fish and I just did a soak and a wash and it looked brand new. I can't say enough about this shirt!

Good for Travel
I ordered this shirt specifically for an upcoming trip to Peru. I figured I'd order it a few months ahead of the trip so I could see ahead of time whether or not it'll work. I've worn it once for a day hike to test it out. The fit is loose. I'd prefer a slightly more fitted cut, but I knew what I was getting when I purchased. What I particularly like about the Columbia vented shirts is that the vents aren't as obvious as others (ex MHW Canyon shirt). These run vertically on the back of the shoulders, and dont billow like other shirts. Its also more versatile than most shirts. It can be long or short sleeve, and the vents allow it to be worn in warm or cool weather (with another layer). The material appears durable, the cut is good, and the price is good. After seeing this shirt, I've since ordered another columbia shirt for my trip.
