I am 5"3 123# and the medium shirt fits great. Great shirt for outdoor activity without being bulky. I am a trapshooter and this shirt is perfect. I have recommend this shirt to other women shooters.

Stylish and warm
This item is very warm. The omni dots have a great appearance, beautiful lining. Omni heats works as described. Tried on in summer and got to warm very fast. When used layered in the cold it is very toasty and warm. Plan on daily use to keep the heating bills down this winter.

Toasty and CUTE
Bought the top and bottom thinking to use as long underwear for the impending ski season. I wore the top as outerwear and was surprised at the warmth from a non-bulky item. Fits true to size, dries quickly. Wish there were more colors, would buy several!

Snazzy but cold
I was wowed when I opened the box, and this snazzy looking item was pulled out. It has the consistency of thick Speedo nylon, with the entire inside lined by the above mentioned Omni-Heat reflective dots. When I tried it on in warm weather, it looked good on, but I had to pull it off immediately due to warmth. Unfortunately, when I put it on today, it was thin, cold, and the metallic pieces did not conserve heat as described, even underneath a Polartec jacket. I am in the process of returning it. By no means would I put this in the heavyweight category.
