Great tights/leggings
Yes, these are intended to be a base layer. Don't discount the great color and fashionable topstitching. Also they aren't "thick" at all but very warm and stretchy. Wore them as tights on a recent hike. Love the versatility, long underwear for skiing and outerwear as tights for workouts! Need more colors. Fit true to size.
