Columbia Women's Baselayer Heavyweight Tight
Whether you're running the Deschutes River Trail in early fall or hiking Hemlock Butte for some late season turns, the Columbia Women's Baselayer Heavyweight Tights are packed with features for comfort and warmth whatever the activity. Designed by physiologists, this technical base layer was created with the athlete in mind.
The thermal performance of Omni-Heat reflects your own body heat for insulated warmth without sacrificing breathability while Omni-Wick technology moves moisture away from your skin so it can evaporate quickly, keeping you warm and dry no matter how extreme the conditions or how hard you're going. Four-way comfort stretch makes for complete freedom of movement and the flat lock stitching eliminates uncomfortable chafe. With an antimicrobial treatment to fight the bacteria that causes odor and a lightweight, streamlined fit with no added weight or bulk, the Columbia Sportswear Baselayer Heavyweight Tights for women have everything a multi-sport athlete demands.

Yes, these are intended to be a base layer. Don't discount the great color and fashionable topstitching. Also they aren't "thick" at all but very warm and stretchy. Wore them as tights on a recent hike. Love the versatility, long underwear for skiing and outerwear as tights for workouts! Need more colors. Fit true to size.
