Excellent Experience
At the first glance, I regarded it must be very heavy, But when I put my feet into it, and experienced by taking a few steps and running, I found that it was not that heavy, instead, I found it's comfortable and I think it should be an excellent boot!

Winter is Coming!
Winter is Coming! I must prepare. Armed with my new Columbia jacket and my AMAZING HEATED COLUMBIA BUGATHERMO BOOTS the Nebraska wind, snow, and ice do not stand a chance. Orginally hailing from the mild Arkansan climate farther south, I was shocked my first, second, third, and fourth winters in Omaha at how bitterly cold the wind is and how much snow piles up. In Arkansas they will close schools, businesses, and towns for no less than 1 inch of snow and they will stay closed for the entire week. Nebraska snow days only happen in severe blizzard like conditions. Toasty Toes here I come!

Great Purchase
The is the best purchase I have ever made for a winter boot. The heating element has worked wonderfully while I have been outside cleaning the snow off my car. I could stay out as long as I want without my feet getting numb as they previously did with my old boots. I chose a size 7, which is my regular shoe size and it worked fine with my Bugaboo Ski socks. I also recommend getting Columbia Omni-Tech waterproof breathable gloves and the Women's Hot Seat Omni-Heat pants. Walking in the snow is a pleasure with these products.

Bugathermo by Columbia
I purchased these boots for my wife whose feet are always COLD. Football games have been very uncomfortable. But with the battery operated heat insoles, my wife's feet are nice and toasty! Great product. However, she normally wears a size 6 and couldn't even put her foot in the Bugathermo. We had to order 2 sizes larger (7) to get the right fit. As with all new boots they are very stiff at first, especially where the battery pack is located on the shin just above the ankle. After wearing them it does get better. I am considering purchasing a pair for myself!

Not sure about these boots
Boots fit a little small so I went to return them for next 1/2 size up and they were $100.00 more! So I did not end up buying these boots. I love the look and they felt okay, but I didn't get the opportunity to try them out in the cold and snow. I will wait til my size goes on sale.
