Entry and exit are quick and easy, even with gloves on. The shoe also features an aggressive 3 crampon traction system with teeth at the toe, ball of the foot, and heel. Good fast shoes!
Disclaimer: I am a novice snow shoe runner and have only used two other brands, but I am a 20x IM athlete. I found the shoes to provide excellent traction on loose granular, almost-runnable track. (which I guess is what the snowshoe runners prefer?). The shoes seemed pretty efficient, narrow enough so that I only hit my ankle a few times, and I was able to run a pretty decent clip. I am glad I got the recommendation I did (from another store, which was out of them), anda pprecaite the price from AltRec. I took them on and off a few times, with ease. The extra crampon was appreciated on fast downhills. Bindings stayed tight throughout. Very glad I bought them. (it is also a killer workout!)

Excellent for cross training for wet/dry trail running. Already have the Gold 9, alot easier to maneuver on steeper terrain.

Quick and Easy
This is my second snowshoe, my first pair where for walking and hiking, these are made for running. Very light weight and easy to get into and out of. They work great on packed snow, not deep snow, as they sink right in. Great for a jog down the road or on a packed trail.

My first pair of snow shoes.
I am not able to compare to any other snow shoe but they seem to be of good quality.
