Terrific support
I have been wearing these shorts for my longer runs (5 or more miles). They are very supportive and comfortable. I am training for a half marathon and plan to wear these for the race. I am on the upper end of the size small per the chart (5'5'' and 130) but I decided to go with the size medium. The small was too snug.
