I like the product, so far. I have yet to find anything wrong with it. However, Altrec.com will probably not be my first stop when looking for bags anymore. I ordered the Lacy color, and when it arrived it was Hounds-tooth. The bag was labeled Lacy but is certainly not. Customer service was very nice when I explained what happened, but if I chose to send it back and get the correct color, then it would not arrive until September, way after college classes begin. I love the bag, the color is not what I originally wanted but I do like the inside lining. It's lightweight and a good backpack. Holds quite a lot of things, my only complaint is it is not the one I ordered.
