Dynafit Manaslu 178
After trying out several backcountry skis it came to me that for my style the Manaslu was the perfect all around ski. At age 60, 5'8" and 170 lbs. I wanted light for skinning/packing but wide enough for decent powder stashes. This ski fulfills that niche well. It handles like a shorter ski due to the built in rocker, being agile in the trees yet really fun on the downhill. On wind blown/ice it's somewhat goofy but can live with that since I can be selective on the days I ski, one of the benefits of being retired!
