Does just what it is supposed to...
If you don't like to carry a purse, but need enough room to carry your passport, cards and some other small items, this is perfect as a replacement. It can be worn outside of your upper garment-- in FRONT, please, and probably more comfortable tucked under your collar if you are wearing one. However, it is made of silk and is very comfortable. If you have a light jacket or overshirt on, you can wear this underneath. Very practical.
