Nice tent for one person
I bought this tent for my hike on the Appalachian Trail. Haven't gone yet, but it has withstood rain and intense sun in my backyard. Even stayed dry during a serious thunder storm. It's very roomy and holds a pad and mummy bag with room left over for gear or food supplies.
Eureka!!
I bought this tent for my husband for his solo fall/winter excursions. He loves it. It fits great into a 35 liter pack, it is light, and he says it is so quick to throw together in a downpoor. It is well ventilated for stove usage. The only con is the ceiling sag. HE has put together many tents and for some reason this one tends to sag, no matter how much line fiddling you do. Overall, GREAT WORK EUREKA!!
Great Backpacker Tent
I was looking for something larger than a bivy sack. I take my dog on my backpacking trips and like to keep him inside with me so he isn't tempted to chase critters in the night. This has a lot of room, takes 1 minute to set up, is lightweight, and without the rain fly you have full view of the night sky. Only complaints, I would have made it free-standing without having to stake and I would have eliminated the 2nd pole by the feet (seems unnecessary).
