I've been climbing with these shoes for a few months now and I really like them. I'm able to stick on the smallest chips and boulder with no problems. The one thing I don't like about the Hera's is the smearing. Every review I read talked about how sticky the rubber was and how great these shoes were for all around climbing, but for smearing I get a little nervous. These are a lot more stiff than my last shoes and I don't think the rubber gets to bite into the wall as well...but the good definitely outweighs this small little smearing bit. I went a half size down from my street shoe size and the fit is perfect.

just as good as the pothos, narrower fit. Perfect for female boulderers. Good edging.

Shoe of Choice
I have finally found my shoe. I love the Hera. Fits extremely well and has a perfect heel cut. I am happy with the rubber and plan on getting another pair when these run out. I went a half size down from my street shoe size and it was a perfect fit.

good for guys too
For Reference I'm a high 12 climber working 13s. I'm a male with narrow feet and this shoe is perfect. Other shoes generally are wider and have bigger heel boxes. With these I dont need to size down as much and the heel stays in better (although I still believe the heel could be a little smaller as when I heel hook, it still comes off occasionally). The toe is super sensitive and I feel super confident in these shoes.

I love this shoe. It is stiff and still allows one to feel the smallest of holds. It is a great fit for any low volume foot, there are no air pockets or hot spots. I can not say enough about how sticky it is. I boulder and climb routes in the Hera and have yet to complain, so now I am with one less excuse for falling.
