Garmont Shoes Men's Dakota Hiking Boot

Utterly Fantastic - Again!
I like these boots so much, I've just purchased my fourth pair in several years. And I don't just use them for hiking - I wear these boots every day as a metal sculptor and contractor. They have to support my feet and keep them warm on long cold days standing in the shop, handle a rough life out in the field, yet still be presentable enough for client meetings. I'm 42 years old, 6'4" tall, 200 pounds and I've been buying high quality hiking boots for over 30 years. The Dakota is the best pair of boots I've EVER HAD. I really, really hope they keep making them, though I'd buy 10 pair at once if I thought there were going to change anything.

Great boot for almost anything!!
I really just like putting them on! they give great traction and give your feet that invincible feeling. (like a kid with new shoes) every time you put them on.
