While women's snow boots are great for warmth, few combine a streamlined, insulated design with the weatherproof protection found in this Garmont Momentum Snow GTX boot for women. It's lighter and far less bulky than some nylon lace-up designs, making it great for hiking and snowshoeing on frozen winter terrain. Garmont wrapped 400 grams of breathable Thinsulate synthetic insulation in a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX lining. The upper is a combination of leather and lightweight mesh for support and excellent vapor transfer. Along the bottom of the Women's Momentum Snow GTX Snow Boot is an aggressive, high-traction outsole classified as Garmont's proven G4 Winter Sports Outsole configuration. The tread grips ice and snow, but the outer lugs don't protrude as much as traditional rubber outsole snow boots, so you can easily adapt the Women's Momentum Snow GTX to most snowshoe bindings without a lot of fussing around.

Good quality; too big
Seem like extremely sturdy, substantial snow boots. Look nice and are a bit stiff because of the waterproof protection and warmth, but felt comfortable at the same time. Will need to go down a half size; seemed too roomy in the toes.
