the Giro Phase Cycling Helmet is durable and ventilated. The Phase offers a superior fit and all-day comfort. As a mountain biker I can say that the helmet is very ventilated, light weight and fit well with the ACU dial system.

Great lid for the price. Good fit, good looks, good quality. Maybe not the most comfortable for megarides, but for an afternoon on the trail it more than gets the job done.

This helmet looks and feels great with or without the detachable visor, fits true to size and has a large range of adjustment with Giro's retention system. Good Helmet
This helmet was a great fit and the ability to adjust made it even better. The comfort was good. The only drawback was that it seemed bulky compared with other helmets.
