Maybe I got a lemon...
I liked the overall design of the bag. Having a daypack attached to a wheeled carry on that is also a backpack is a great idea. The one I received had a major problem: the telescoping handle for the wheeled part just wouldn't go up and down the way it's supposed to so I had to send it back for a refund. I'd read some good reviews so maybe the one I got was just a lemon. The overall quality, i.e., the materials, the fit and finish, of the bag appeared to be just ok, not great. But again, overall it seemed ok, so if it weren't for the handle problem I might have kept it.
