Very happy with my purchase
I looked hard and long for a brief case that would fit my needs for a "rolling office." There is laptop protection, easy access to files, organization for pens, business cards, phone, etc. Exterior pockets are easy to access for tickets, umbrella or power cord, and 2 water bottle holders. The telescope handle is easy to get up and down and is hidden when not in use. The case pulls nicely and does not tip over easily. A shoulder strap is included. If you were traveling through security often, you might prefer a case that has an easy zip-off pouch to pass your laptop through security more quickly. I own other bags by this brand and have been extremely happy with their durability and performance.
