xl tiny!
This skirt, sadly, is meant for tiny people and/or juniors. The XL might fit a size 8, but probably not any size bigger. I am a size 10 and it was way too small for me. It is a cute, short black mini with handy pockets in the front and a zipper the runs the length of the skirt in the back. Quality looked pretty good. A steal at the sale price. Too bad it didn't fit.
