Awesome
Hard enough to find a base layer with thumbhole sleeves for men but this is the one. Still lightweight enough for comfort and range of motion and warm enough at the same time.

I/O Bio Contact LS Crew
I have two I/O Bio tops and I will buy more. They fit great and the quality is second to none. One thing is that they have long bodies which I like because they do not pull up over your pants. I have been wearing this crew biking. I wear it under my wind breaker and it is perfect as the weather has been in the low 40's. It breaths well and is really soft. I will purchase more more of these tops in a heavier weight next fall for deer hunting and ice fishing.

Stylish baselayer
It's lighter weight than I expected, but it fits well and is really comfortable. Note that the body is quite long compared to the sleeves. I'm 6'0" 200 lb and an XL is a nice athletic fit. There's no excess sleeve material, but the hem is 4-5" longer than necessary. I don't mind because my baselayers are always tucked in, but it's worth mentioning.
