Julbo Dirt
Upon recommendation from George Dunn (International Mountain Guides) I bought a pair July 2010 for a Mt Rainier climb via the Kautz Chute. After 4 days on the Glacier I would not want to be without them anymore. The field of vision is as large as possible. The glasses sit close to the face. They are great for bike riding and even car driving. The zebra lenses keep the vision always clear, no squinting or lenses that go too dark. I bought these as a gift for my partner.

Almost perfect.
The glasses are a bit on the big side. They lower frame actually comes in contact with my upper cheek. Your face may vary, but this is a new phenomenon for me and I've had many different sunglasses in the past. Other than that, they do what they are supposed to do. Vision is perfectly clear as long as you keep them clean. Which brings me to another small issue. The inside of the lens is coated with the anti fog stuff and it is very sticky. Hard to just use a cloth tissue to wipe down as it tends to smear more than a normal lens would. You have to use dish detergent, water and a micro fiber cloth to get them clean. Even then, smudges are a constant battle. Not a huge deal if you use these as "fashion" glasses, but if you use them like they are designed "mountain biking", it is difficult to field clean them from all of your sweat!

Great Glasses If You Don't Sweat
I have two opinions on these glasses. For cool weather activities, or activities where you're not going to be doing a lot of sweating, they are great. For warm weather or intensely aerobic activities, the glasses just have too close of a profile to your face to prevent sweat from running off your face onto the glasses. The same close profile makes them great for protecting your eyes from the wind during snowboarding or other high speed activities, but for intense activities such as mountainbiking, where you may be sweating a lot, even on cool days these glasses end up with so much sweat running down them and/or condensation building up on them, that they are far less than ideal. Great optics, photocromatic lenses are very nice, and overall the glasses are high quality with no complaints, aside from the fact that the close profile makes them just too sweaty/foggy during aerobic activities.
