Organization is exceptional, and it's durable, too. Enough extra pockets that a purse isn't required when using this bag.

Excellent communication, quick delivery
I love this bag. It's light, even when I'm carrying a great deal of books. I have not figured out how to use the light, but that's probably operator error and not a reflection of the bag.

Sturdy, casual bag
The material is great, and the bag seems very durable. The width is a bit narrower than I expected, so the bag does not hold as much as I thought it would. A laptop and a novel is pretty much all that fits comfortably, width-wise, while being able to easily extract objects from other pockets. The LED light did not work upon receiving the bag, and others' reviews of the bag seem to indicate that this light is fickle or runs out of batteries quickly. In sum, a comfortable, durable bag that serves its purpose well.

Great bag with a few exceptions
After buying and loving the Keen Oswego bag, I bought this one to haul folders and lunch to/from work, and also for light shopping. The bag is roomy, durable AND stylish. I love the light inside of it for finding keys and other small items. Unlike my other Keen bag, this bag lacks a comfortable, padded shoulder strap. This one can feel like its digging into your shoulder. Also, the bottom panel is thin and doesn't fully protect the material on the bottom of the bag from wear and tear. Other than that, I love it!
