Keen Men's Kelowna WP Boot

Love these boots
I bought a pair of the Bison colored Kelowna boots a couple of years ago and absolutely loved them. Went with the Slate Brown this time and they are bit more Slate color than Brown - also the "oil impregnated finish" looks like it will be a bit tougher in foul weather. I also bought a couple of the low rise Keens after purchasing these boots and both of them fit a bit more loosely on my feet. Still comfy, but without the extra ankle support these boots offer. I am on my feet 6+ hours a day on job sites and needed good support and a sole that didn't clog up with dirt and debris like a typical hiking boot design. These offered a nice ankle support, with a bit more room in the the toe area. Hard to describe, but they feel looser where they should and snug where they are supposed to. I guess most shoes don't fit me quite right so I put up with bad fit on most other shoes. I'm 6' and 195 lbs. Tried Wolverine, Timberland and such and these are by far the best long term performance for my needs. Right out of the box I jumped on a plane for a week long ski trip in Switzerland and they performed well out of the box with a minimal of break in required. Snow was not a problem and they gripped fine on all surfaces.

Easy to wear right out of the box. Lightweight. Soft, flexible sole. Wide box. Very comfortable. I've used it on the street, in wet weather, slush, and snow. No problems with the seam/stitching issue mentioned by a few others, so far (knock on wood). Not a hiking style boot. This is more like a slightly "dressy" city waterproof shoe/boot. Which is good, cause that's what I wanted. Love them Keens!

I nhad been searching for these boots for quite awhile and when I finally got them I was not disappointed in any way. They fit like a glove!

Nice looking shows, feel good, comfortable. Great show for the price.

I did a lot of walking in the muddy rural areas of Nicaragua and these boots were not even phased. I will only buy Keens from now on. If your boots get dirty all you need is a brush and fresh water to clean them right off. The most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever bought.
