Well made backpack
I needed to get a backpack for my husband who commutes on the train. I was recommended by a friend of mine for KEEN brand. I did comparison shop every where possible and found the best deal on Altrec. It was delivered via FedEx (not UPS which not many people are fond of). The color I chose was on sale (maroon). The color looks very nice in person.

Great pack!
I bought this bag mainly as a laptop bag for traveling and everyday use. The quality is great on it and it has a bunch of pockets and spots for organization and storage. It fits my Macbook Pro 15" very well and there's plenty of room for the power adapter, my ipod, external hd, etc... Also the rubber on the bottom of the bag is great because it helps prop the bag up and keeps it from soaking up water or dirt when you set it down. I would highly recommend the bag.

slick, spacious commuter pack
I'm a doctoral student and teacher at a university and wanted a backpack that did not look too "undergrad" but at the same time had lots of room for library books, laptop sleeve, water bottle, and cold-weather biking gear. This pack has all of those things. Only complaint so far: the mesh pockets on the outside come up too high on the pack to put things in them or take things out without taking the pack off. All in all, pretty satisfied.
