Kelty Riff Backpack

This backpack is AWESOME! It is so light yet very durable. Even with my laptop, books, papers, etc, the bag feels very light and comfortable. The straps are well padded, and I love all of the pockets. Great buy!!

Fits like a glove
It has just the right amount of pockets, not too many, not too few. The hydration compatibility is cool touch. It fits just right on my back.

Good for travel/day hikes
Light, but roomy, day pack. You could put this in the bottom of a suitcase or duffle to use at your travel destination. Flattens. Or use it as your carryon. Good for hiking. At first I was disappointed that there were no waist or chest straps, but got over that. You can slip a hydration system into this for a long day hike. Comfortable straps.

Great medium sized comfy backpack
I used this for school, and it's the perfect size for a bunch of books, and extra sweater, some food, and, if needed, my laptop. 2 side pockets, which takes my water bottle on one size and my coffee thermos on the other. Nice zippers. The only thing I wish was that the bottom was a little more solid, or reinforced, because my books tend to kinda make the bag sag a bit on the bottom... But perhaps I shouldn't blame that on the bags, but rather on the ridiculously heavy chemistry and biology books.
