Comfortable jacket, nice athletic fit, and needs to be layered with another jacket when in cold weather. I am 5'8 and weigh 160 lbs., I ordered size 50 and it fits perfectly. The sizing issue was a little confusing, but I spoke with a customer service rep at Altrec and they were able to help me.
