La Sportiva N.A. Mythos Climbing Shoes

The new La Sportiva Mythos might have the same color scheme as its popular previous predecessors, but slip your foot inside and you'll discover a new level of comfort. La Sportiva replaced the metal eyelets near the toe with webbing loops for enhanced comfort in cracks. A new Dri-Lex tongue wicks moisture away from your skin, keeping the tops of your feet drier than before. You'll also find a little less rubber around the outer shank, which improves the power of the slingshot rand. Whether you do sport climbing or a more traditional approach, the redesigned Mythos will have you doing it more comfortably than ever before.

super comfortable
think they'll fit anything. my feet are fairly wide and flat and the leather molded perfectly to them. i take a us size 8 wide street shoe...eu size 38 fit best.

A good all around climbing shoe.
A very comfortable all around shoe. The unlined leather helps it mold to your foot. Great for long free routes that involve a little bit of everything; face, crack, OW...etc. The Mythos is also very durable if you resole before wearing through the rand.

Great climbing shoe...buy it!
I bought the men's shoe even though I'm a woman because I liked the purple better. Since the sizes are European, this wasn't an issue. The shoe has great support and conforms well to my foot.

Great fit!
I can wear these shoes for long periods without much discomfort, unlike with other climbing shoes. Often my climbing mates have to take their shoes off at the top of the climb, or even the pitch, while I can continue wearing mine the entire time. These shoes provide very good grip and the lace running around the ankle provides an excellent, snug fit!

Best all-round shoe ever
I have used many different shoes and have found the Mythos to be the only shoe I have loved on every type of rock and climbing style. If they fit your foot well then you will use them everywhere.
