I am Constantly Driving And Doing Deliveries, I Bought This Boots Because i Needed Something Comfortable and Waterproof. This Boots Are the most comfortable Shoes that I Ever Owned.They Are excellent Shoes And German Made To.I Wear Them All Day Sometimes !2 hours strait and My foot Never Gets tired Or Wet.And They Have A Great Ankle Support, It`s Like Walking On Airbags.I Will Buy another Pair As A Back Up, Very Soon.

I bought these boots as a replacement for my worn out Meindl boots. After a test run with these boots I was impressed with the fit, appearance,light weight and stability of the Lowa Ranger GTX boots. The Lowa Ranger GTX will be my go to hunting, scouting, hiking boots for years to come.

So far, so good!
I purchased the Rangers about two weeks ago and I am very happy with them. I have weird shape feet and after a few tries, I decided to go with a wide version, half size larger than I normally wear (11 to 11.5 W. ) So far, I feel that I have made a smart decision and am very pleased with the boots and craftsmanship Lowa put into their product. I also purchased Sole footbeds (Ed Viesturs edition) for extra comfort and I love them. Takes a little time to break both the boots and the footbeds in I am learning. I have put approximately 6-8 miles on them to date and they both feel great. I purchased the Rangers for backpacking and peak bagging in the Adirondack High Peaks. The High Peaks Wilderness can be wet and muddy through out the year, so I wanted a durable water proof boot I know could take years of abuse. I will be using these boots on a trip in the next coming weeks and will advise on my field testing thoughts.
