Good Work Gloves
A little pricey for leather work gloves, but very happy with overall quality. The gloves fit as well as any I have ever purchased and are super comfortable.

Great and warm, good for the outdoor winter work and the weather is soft.

PERFECT
I originally ordered a size small per the size chart but it was way too tight, exchanged for a medium which seems fine, although the fingers are a bit long I think it will be fine for the occassional Zodiac trip in the Arctic. A bit bulky but that is to be expected, not expecting to do photography in these. Very soft and comfortable and great looking! And warm and waterproof. Can't wait to put them to the test.

Marmot Work Glove
Very lightweight but heavier than a Carhart Work Glove. Tight when new but expecting them to stretch out. Good for work travel in Spring/Fall but not considering to use it as a ski glove.
