Perfect Down Bag
Replaced a heavier 20deg synthetic with this bag...got the long/wide. Loft is superb. So much so that when I use it as a top quilt in a hammock, it completely fills the interior and slightly bulges out the mosquito netting. It feels very soft and warm against the skin. Zipper is mostly snag-free if you're careful. Fit is perfect. The hood design is nice in that you won't scratch your face on velcro like some other brands. Replace the stuff sack with an eVent dry bag, and it's perfect. Costs quite a bit, but will last a lifetime with proper care.
Terrific, warm bag that's beautifully compressible
Love it! My first pick for backpacking in a wide range of temperatures. Super warm and beautifully compressible.
My dream bag
This bag is perfect for someone like me who wants to go light but insists on being warm and comfortable at night. This is about the loftiest down bag I've seen, and the materials are very soft and silky -- feels like sleeping in a cloud. I sleep cold, but this bag kept me warm and happy in the mountains in January.
Aperfect bag for the ultralight crowd!
The bag is just right for those of us moving to ultralight gear. This is the first down bag I have owned and have been very satisfied with its performance. It was about 5oz heavier than advertised but the fact that it compresses so small is a major plus for me.
