Luxury in the Outdoors
We purchased this tent for upcoming bike race events where a "home base" is an absolute must. Car camping did not cut it last year. This tent is perfect! The large section allows my husband (6'1") to stand-up and there is even extra headroom for a taller person to do the same. The room separator is great for when he wants to nap between laps and I want to do prep work. Only drawback is the "sleeping chamber"/small room is not big enough for two cots--which my husband prefers to sleep on. However, for two average sized adults in sleeping bags, it's plenty big. It also has a door to the outside in each room, very convenient if you don't want to crawl over or through to get out. I love the big room, which will let me organize all of our stuff and give a dry place to relax, without being suffocated. It is a "heavy" tent, but comes in a convenient backpack. Not nearly as heavy as a tent of this size could be and could be carried a short distance. The set-up is very easy--could do it yourself in under 20 minutes. We have a "Costco" tent of this size and it is awful to assemble. The rainfly is also easy to put on, but we have not tested it in the rain. Nice lightweight material and highly visible color. Also, our dog loved it--thought we bought him his own mansion. Plenty big for two adults and one large dog to move around in.
