Marmot Women's Oracle Jacket

I received this coat as a Christmas present but returned it because even though it should have fit according to the sizing chart, it was snug. I reordered a size bigger and it fit great, even with a winter sweater underneath. So, I would recommend ordering a size bigger than usual. The return process was a little slow due to the holidays and inventory, but everything went smoothly and was clearly explained. I am pleased with the coat having had it for one month. I wore it to walk my child to school in the rain and the water beaded up nicely on it. It seems to be well made, the pockets are easy to zip and the hood hangs over the face enough to keep the the drips away.

I bought this for my wife as her first true technical shell. Compared with other Marmot gear, she found the sizing smaller than usual. She absolutely loved all of the features including the awesome color.

Great Jacket - again
We liked the first Oracle jacket (that we bought for our son) so much that I ordered one for my wife. Light weight, seems to be of good quality, and looks great, too.

LOVE the oracle jacket and how it doesn't feel clammy inside when wet like others I've had in the past. Altrec's prices and service are fantastic as always. I'll be returning here for many future purchases.

Great jacket for the price
Very much a loyal Marmot consumer, I found this jacket perfect for both rainy weather and the cold. I'm 5'2" and 110 lbs. and the Small fits great as a shell over fleece and layers. The Angel-Wing movement in the sleeves really gives me versatility, and yet still is flattering. The DriClime on the neck piece and sleeves is a nice touch, which makes the jacket more comfortable. If you are looking for a super lightweight rainshell, this isn't the one. But if you want something with more substance, this is a do-everything jacket which won't leave you disappointed.
