Great Jacket!!
I chose this jacket for it's size. I am often stuck somewhere between an XL and XXL. The XL is nice and roomy! I purchased the black color. It is extremely light weight, and vents well!!
Good choice
Fits comfortably with or without a heavy sweater or light jacket underneath. Has kept all the water out so far (several showers). Compared with my last rain jacket, a Patagonia, the hood design is far superior (covers without drooping) and the simple zipper closure (without annoying Velcro patches) is much easier to use. Sole complaint is that the sleeves on the XL are too long by an inch or more, even for a 6-footer CC skiing, but they do fold under neatly. Jacket seems sturdy enough for its work.
Excellent rain/windstopper
Great lightweight jacket. rain proof, and wind proof. Only complaint is that the material lacks breathability. Have not used it for tough treks, but it holds up well on easy off-trail hikes. I don't think its meant for such purposes but quite resilient so far.
Awesome Jacket
Really comfortable, i'm 5'10 225 and ordered and XL and it fits perfect (same size as my MH bigger jacket). Bought this jacket because i'm extremely hot natured and didn't want to wear my big thick MH jacket in warm TN rain. First day i got it, put it on and walked outside in 73 degree with long sleeves on, and could barely tell i had it on, which is exactly what i wanted in a rain jacket. Haven't had it in absolute down-pours yet but has held up and kept me dry in everything from spitting rain to some-what heavy rain. Had it pinched in folding chairs, rubbed up against concrete canoe and still not rips. Also packs down very well for storage when your hike starts to get warm. Overall, my favorite rain jacket i have owned.
