Best tent I have ever owned
This tent has housed us and kept us dry on the beach during high winds / rain and on the side of the Art Loeb trail during a freak sleet / snowstorm. Not to mention countless other, less eventful backpacking trips. Mountain Hardwear has yet to disappoint in any gear - especially this tent. When this thing eventually wears out (although I cant really see that happening any time soon) I hope I can find another MH tent just like it!
so far so good
I've been camping in the tent 3 times, but yet to pack it very far. Still snow on the ground the first time. Only a little condensation inside. Took a minute to figure out set-up since the tent isn't symmetrical. Fair amount of space for two. A bit longer so my sleeping bag doesn't have to touch the sides, I'm 5'7. Lots of room in the vestibules. For some reason there isn't 4 cords to pull out the corners of the fly, only 2, 4 makes much more sense. Really light weight tent. Love the double doors and vestibules, will never buy another tent again without them!
great in the rain
Performed great in the rain. Tent was set up in the rain and it rained the entire night. Plenty of room for cooking and storing muddy boots. Ventilation kept condensation at bay and loops in ceiling are great for drying gear.
